We're excited to have you join us at the Westin Times Square in New York City on October 21-23, 2026 for the biggest event of the year in the New York charter school sector! We're anticipating more than 500 charter school leaders, education innovators, and collaborative partners to attend these three exciting days of in-depth learning sessions, inspiring speakers, and opportunities for connection. 

Registration is free for members. If you can't locate your member discount code, email us at conference@nycharters.org.

Wednesday, October 21

  • Sessions and keynotes, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Opening reception

Thursday, October 22

  • School tours and on-site content, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Sessions and keynote until 5:00 PM
  • Reception

Friday, October 23

  • Focused sessions on Portrait of a Graduate planning, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to conference@nycharters.net and will be processed minus credit card fees on the following schedule:

▶️  Through May 31, 2026: Full refund
▶️  June 1 – September 1, 2026: 50% refund
▶️  September 2 – 30, 2026: 25% refund
▶️  October 1 – 23, 2026: No refunds
We reserve the right to issue refunds in cases of force majeure (extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control).
