Schedule at a Glance ***Wednesday, October 21*** - Sessions and keynotes, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Opening reception ***Thursday, October 22*** - School tours and on-site content, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM - Sessions and keynote until 5:00 PM - Reception ***Friday, October 23*** - Focused sessions on Portrait of a Graduate planning, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Refund Policy We understand plans can change. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to conference@nycharters.net and will be processed minus credit card fees on the following schedule: ▶️  Through May 31, 2026: Full refund ▶️  June 1 – September 1, 2026: 50% refund ▶️  September 2 – 30, 2026: 25% refund ▶️  October 1 – 23, 2026: No refunds We reserve the right to issue refunds in cases of force majeure (extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control).
