The New York Charter Schools Conference brings experts from across the state and beyond to share their insights on the topics most important to NY charter school leaders.

School Tours of local NYC charter schools

Attendees will have the chance to sign up for multiple School Tours to visit unique public charter schools that are changing the lives of students in and around New York City. 

Get a first-hand look at the innovative ideas that have shown real results and hear from the school leaders and staff themselves about what it takes to implement innovative programs and deliver life-changing education to students.

Inspiring Keynote Speakers

We've brought some of the most influential voices in the education space to share their valuable insights and experience with our attendees. 

Join all of the Conference attendees for our Keynote Speakers Ben Austin, from Education Civil Rights Now, and Jeff Wexler, author of The Ask Approach, for this invaluable chance to hear their transformative ideas on learning, leadership, and navigating the modern landscape for schools.

NYCSC is about bringing NY's charter school sector together, which is why we're hosting receptions throughout the conference schedule to give attendees a chance connect and unwind with one another.

Workshops and One-on-One Consultations

Take advantage of having so many topic-area experts in one place by participating in engaging learning sessions on important issues or by scheduling time in our Consultant Office Hours. 

We'll have consultants ready to answer your questions on a variety of the most challenging topics facing NY's public charter school leaders. 

Special Friday content focusing on Portrait of a Graduate

The new unified framework for New York's Portrait of a Graduate presents a lot of new challenges for school leaders. That's why Friday's content will be geared toward all of the requirements involved with these new standards.

Attendees can get everything they need to know about Climate Education, Financial Literacy, and Work-Based Learning, while also evaluating their own systems and learning how to best engage with their school community.
